Our engineers will endeavour to respond to any call out within two hours of notification and will keep the customer down time to absolute minimum. They are trained and certified to the highest degree to meet all LOLER regulations. We conduct ourselves ethically and efficiently, striving to exceed our customer expectations. Our engineers are also at hand during evenings and weekends if necessary.
